1.Deliver & execute the assigned task / assignment on time with good quality and customer satisfaction and on time delivery.
2.Keep improving self engineering capabilities and exchange best practice with other team members to improve team's capabilities.
3.Technical implementation in whole life-cycle of project delivery, Development, Testing, Site Commissioning.
4.Work with Sr. Engineer / Team lead to implement the project tasks, Project Engineer, Software development, testing and Site Implementation.
5.Work with Sr. Engineer / Team lead and project Manager to clarify technical issues.
6.Cost reduction through process & manufacturing improvement, and through development of reusable engineering or engineering standard
7.Work closely with Team Lead and PM to achieve customer acceptance. Demonstrate application & technical expertise to achieve repeat order in account and retain customer satisfaction.
